Welcome to Juno Fine. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Juno Fine. Juno Fine operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Juno Fine is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You agree that all information you provide in our store is correct, current and complete, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
Our jewelry is made with lab-created moissanite and 925 sterling silver. Moissanite is not diamond. We have made every effort to show our products accurately, but colors and sparkle may look different depending on your screen, lighting and device. Product descriptions may change without notice, and we may discontinue products or limit quantities at any time. Our 30-day returns, described in our Refund Policy, still apply.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Juno Fine may accept or decline any order. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and receive payment. You may cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@junofine.com. After that, you can still use our return process. If we cancel or change an order, we will contact you using the details you provided, and if we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund.
You represent that your purchases are for personal use or as gifts, and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices and promotions may change without notice. You will be charged the price in effect when you place your order, as shown in your order confirmation email. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars for customers in the United States, and shipping to the United States is free. Any applicable sales taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Bundle savings (for example, the Gift Set) are calculated against the combined regular prices of the same items bought separately in our store.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. If we can't ship within the stated time, we will email you an updated date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Services, including text, images, video, logos and design, is owned by Juno Fine or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without our written permission.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
Our Services may include third-party tools or links to third-party websites, which we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and you use them at your own risk.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Any sales you make in our store are made directly with Juno Fine. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Juno Fine, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchases with Juno Fine. Personal information may be processed by Shopify as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify's Privacy Policy.

SECTION 9 - REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other feedback, you grant us a royalty-free license to use, publish and display it. You confirm your feedback is your own, is truthful, and does not violate anyone's rights. We may remove feedback that is unlawful or violates these Terms.

SECTION 10 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Our Services may occasionally contain errors in descriptions, pricing, promotions or delivery times. We may correct errors and update information at any time, including after you have placed an order. If we cancel a paid order because of an error, we will issue a full refund.

SECTION 11 - PROHIBITED USES
You may use our Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use them to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, harass others, send spam, upload malicious code, scrape or collect personal information, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.

SECTION 12 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated by Juno Fine (including our 30-day returns described in our Refund Policy), our Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

SECTION 13 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juno Fine and its partners, employees, affiliates and service providers, and Shopify, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juno Fine, Shopify and our affiliates from third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of others.

SECTION 15 - PRODUCT CARE AND USE
Our studs are nickel-free 925 sterling silver. If you experience any irritation, stop wearing the jewelry. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering or exercising, and store it in its gift box. Small items such as earring backs can be a choking hazard; keep them away from young children.

SECTION 16 - GENERAL
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our policies, are the entire agreement between you and us. We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent. These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, except where the consumer protection laws of your place of residence require otherwise.

SECTION 17 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept them.
